8 300 meter sprints complete

Worked out pretty late tonight, thus I will forgo Insanity until tomorrow and skip my rest day on Sunday. This Texas heat is no joke so I’d much rather do as I did tonight and run when the sun goes down. So I’ll guess I’ll start back running in the morning because 3pm is not the time to be running lol.

It’s never fun waking up to someone text about moving too fast.

Just wish maybe he would have said it to more to me before asking me out. I’d rather be alone than be with someone that has doubts. I learned a long time ago just how bad it feels to try and force someone to be with you and I’ll never do that again. I know as long as God is the head of my life, a man will find me one day. Until then I’m content in who I am in him.
